About the Role

The Personal Assistant will work closely with senior leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through efficient scheduling, coordination, and administrative support. The role also involves contributing to programme-related work, including research, documentation, and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing notes
Conduct research and compile data for strategic decision-making
Coordinate travel, logistics, and official engagements
Support programme implementation and internal processes
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams

Requirements

4–6 years experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Experience supporting programmes in NGO, development, or public health sectors is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
Strong research, writing, and reporting skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
