As a Route to Market Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring effective product availability, outlet coverage, and trade execution, while working closely with the regional sales and distribution teams to drive growth and market share.

Key Responsibilities

📊 Commercial Planning & Activation

Support regional operational planning and execution of trade activities
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns across assigned coverage
Collaborate with sales teams to close volume gaps and achieve targets
Execute promotions in partnership with Sales & Distribution teams
🛒 Customer Marketing

Assist in developing and implementing channel and trade strategies
Analyze regional sales trends and identify growth drivers
Conduct regular field visits with sales teams to gather market insights
Support implementation of Win At Retail (WAR) strategies
🌍 Market Development

Drive strategic brand positioning against competitors
Execute customer-focused market development projects
Identify new business opportunities and retail expansion strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Management Sciences
Minimum of 3–6 years relevant experience in trade marketing or sales
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
