Role Overview

The Maintenance Officer & Technician will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems within the organization. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain high safety and operational standards in line with industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and inspection of equipment and facilities
Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards
Support preventive maintenance planning and execution
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Collaborate with technical teams to improve operational efficiency
Requirements

Minimum of HND or BSc in Engineering or a related discipline
At least four (4) years of relevant experience in maintenance within the Oil and Gas industry
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
