🎓 Brief Requirements (Academic Staff)

Professor: PhD + 12 years experience + strong publication record (20+ publications; international indexed journals required in many cases).
Associate Professor: PhD + 9 years experience + 15–18 publications + indexed journals.
Senior Lecturer: PhD + 10 publications (or equivalent) + teaching experience. COREN required for Engineering fields.
Lecturer I: PhD + publications OR Master’s + strong publication record.
Lecturer II: PhD OR Master’s degree with publications.
Assistant Lecturer: First Degree (minimum 2:2) + Master’s OR professional qualification.
Graduate Assistant: First Degree (minimum 2:1 or upper credit).
Academic Librarian: Master’s in Library Science + professional registration.
Technologist: BSc/HND in relevant technical field; professional certification is an advantage.

📋 Brief Requirements (Non-Academic Staff)

Senior Administrative Roles: University degree + years of experience + professional membership where applicable.
Accountants: BSc/HND + ICAN/ANAN/ACCA qualification (for senior levels).
Health Professionals: Relevant medical qualifications + registration with professional bodies (e.g., PCN, Nursing Council).
Technicians & Officers: Degree/HND/ND depending on role.
Drivers: Trade Test + valid license + 8 years experience.
Security Officer: Senior military/police background with 18 years experience.
Clerical Staff: Minimum of 5 O’Level credits including English.
