Role Overview
The Mailroom Officer will be responsible for the secure, efficient, and accurate handling of all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels within the facility. The role requires strict adherence to global security protocols, international best practices, and local postal regulations to ensure seamless mailroom operations.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the receipt, logging, sorting, and distribution of all incoming mail and parcels, ensuring accuracy in recipient details and timely delivery to designated mailboxes. They will also notify tenants of parcel arrivals and ensure proper handover with appropriate documentation.

The role involves maintaining secure storage for parcels, including sensitive or high-value items, and ensuring that all deliveries are released only upon proper identification and signature. Additionally, the Mailroom Officer will handle outgoing mail operations, ensuring items are correctly labeled, processed, and dispatched on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facility Management, or a related field, along with at least two years of relevant experience in mail handling, logistics, or facility operations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer service orientation, and basic computer literacy are essential.
