*Salary: N200,000 monthly*
Summary:
AHM Resource Hub, an HR management and consulting firm, is seeking a responsible and articulate Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and confidential support to a client, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective coordination of tasks.
Job Description:
• Act as first point of contact for calls, emails, and messages
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and key events
• Arrange travel, transport, and accommodation
• Organize events, conferences, and related logistics
• Provide timely reminders for tasks and deadlines
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
• Maintain filing systems and organize records and data
• Assist with personal tasks and errands as required
• Liaise between the manager and internal/external contacts
• Handle requests and inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Source office supplies and manage basic administrative needs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good understanding of office management systems and procedures
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, flexible, and detail-oriented
