*Position: Receptionist / Front Desk Officer (Female)*

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Asokoro, Abuja (FCT)
*Salary: N100,000 – N150,000 monthly*

Summary:
The Marycrown Foundation is seeking a smart and professional female Receptionist / Front Desk
Officer to manage front desk operations while also supporting social media management, content creation, and communications activities to enhance the organization’s visibility and engagement.

Job Description:
• Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional manner
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and correspondence
• Maintain proper filing and office records
• Support general administrative and clerical tasks
• Manage organization’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create and post engaging content including graphics, captions, flyers, and short videos
• Develop weekly and monthly content plans
• Respond to online inquiries and messages promptly
• Support promotional campaigns, newsletters, and event communications
• Provide basic reports on social media performance and engagement
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience as a receptionist or front desk officer
• Must be female
• OND / HND / Sc in any relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience managing social media platforms (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Canva (mandatory)
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut/InShot) is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented
