Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling loan and investment products while serving as a key link between customers and the organization. The role involves guiding qualified applicants through the loan acquisition process and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate creditworthiness by processing loan applications and documentation
Interview applicants to assess financial eligibility
Develop debt repayment plans and analyze financial metrics
Communicate with clients to obtain or provide necessary information
Approve or reject loan applications and justify decisions
Prepare and review loan agreements for accuracy and compliance
Maintain and update customer account records and payment schedules
Collaborate with underwriters to resolve loan-related issues
Promote loan products and cross-sell financial services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure compliance with regulatory and lending guidelines
Drive deposit mobilization and achieve set sales targets
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Achievement of monthly loan and investment targets
Reduction in non-performing loans
Customer retention rate of at least 90%
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
Familiarity with banking software and computer applications
Strong understanding of lending products and financial practices
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
