We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Supervisor / Operations Officer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and reliable head supervisor /Operations Officer to support and manage daily operations in a growing cleaning and facility management company.
This role is for someone who can take initiative, think like a business owner, and help drive growth while maintaining smooth operations.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily cleaning operations across different sites
Supervise staff and ensure quality service delivery
Prepare and send business proposals
Source and follow up on new business opportunities and tenders
Represent the company when needed and ensure professionalism at all times
Requirements

Must be organized, responsible, and result-driven
Good communication and writing skills (especially for proposals)
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Must be based in Abuja
Previous experience in operations or cleaning services is an added advantage.
