Job Position:  *Office / Personal Assistant*
Job Location:  *Abuja (FCT)*
Employment Type: *Full-time*

Job Summary:
* We are seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Office/Personal Assistant to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and personal support to management
* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
* Handle correspondence, emails, and office documentation
* Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
* Maintain records and ensure proper filing systems
* Perform basic accounting and reporting tasks using Excel

Requirements:
* Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any relevant field
* Must be smart, active, and detail-oriented
* Good knowledge of Abuja (routes, locations, and general navigation)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic  computer applications
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Must be familiar with Abuja.
