Results Delivery & Dashboard Management Specialist (Health Systems)
The System Strategy & Policy Lab (SSPL) is seeking a Results Delivery & Dashboard Management Specialist to support coordination, resource optimization, and results delivery across a complex multi-partner health portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and manage real-time dashboards for tracking programme performance
2. Support resource tracking and utilisation efficiency across partners
3. Standardize KPIs, baselines, and results frameworks
4. Facilitate performance reviews and delivery routines
5. Generate insights for adaptive decision-making and programme improvement
REQUIREMENTS
1. 5–8 years’ experience in health programmes, performance management, or delivery systems
2. Strong skills in data analytics, dashboards, and KPI tracking
3. Experience in immunization, polio, or infectious diseases
4. Proven ability to work across multi-stakeholder environments
