🎯 Purpose of the Role

The selected evaluator will be responsible for conducting an independent assessment of the WAVES project, focusing on effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, and sustainability. The evaluation will also identify key lessons learned and provide practical recommendations to enhance program outcomes and inform future strategies.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Design and implement an evaluation framework and methodology
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
Engage stakeholders, beneficiaries, and partners through interviews or surveys
Assess project achievements against set objectives and indicators
Develop a comprehensive evaluation report with findings and recommendations
✅ Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in project evaluation, research, or monitoring & evaluation (M&E)
Strong analytical and report-writing skills
Background in gender, development studies, social sciences, or related fields
Familiarity with donor-funded projects and NGO operations is an advantage
Ability to deliver within tight timelines and maintain high-quality standards
