About the Role

Enumerators will support a large-scale field data collection exercise assessing climate risks and vulnerabilities among MSMEs in selected market clusters. This role is critical in generating high-quality data to inform climate policies and resilience strategies in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Administer digital surveys using KoboToolbox
Conduct face-to-face interviews with MSME operators
Capture accurate data including GPS and timestamps
Support market listing and sampling processes
Participate in FGDs as note-takers where required
Upload data daily and attend debrief sessions
Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical standards

Mandatory Requirement

Applicants must own a functional Android device (Android 10+, minimum 3GB RAM, GPS-enabled). iPhones are not supported.

🎓

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or HND in relevant fields
Proven experience in field data collection or M&E
Familiarity with KoboToolbox, ODK, or SurveyCTO
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local languages (Hausa, Igbo, Pidgin) is an advantage

Duration

Training: 2 days (mandatory)
Fieldwork: 10–12 days per location
