Role Overview

The Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about products and services. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information about services, processes, and policies
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
