Client Overview:
Talent Lab is recruiting on behalf of a reputable client seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Reorientation Women Network (CROWN) Project Consultant. The ideal candidate will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership in the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of community-based maternal health interventions. This role is critical in driving sustainable health outcomes by strengthening community structures and improving access to maternal and reproductive health services at the grassroots level.Outsourcing solutions provider
The consultant will work closely with key stakeholders, including government health agencies, local partners, and community leaders, to ensure effective delivery of project objectives. He or she will also be responsible for developing implementation frameworks, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with national health policies and global best practices.Full-time employment listings
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and execution of community-based maternal health programs
Provide technical guidance on maternal and reproductive health interventions
Strengthen collaboration with government health systems, particularly at the primary healthcare level
Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track project impact
Facilitate community engagement initiatives and stakeholder coordination
Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and performance analyses
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards
Eligibility Criteria:
➡ Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Public Health or a related health field
➡ Minimum of five (5) years’ consulting experience in the health sector
➡ Strong experience working with government health systems (PHCDA experience is an added advantage)
➡ Proven track record in community engagement and grassroots program implementation
➡ Excellent leadership, organizational, and report-writing skills
➡ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
➡ Fluency in English (knowledge of Hausa is an added advantage)Collaboration & Conferencing Software
Desired Competencies:
The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. He or she must be results-driven, culturally sensitive, and capable of working in diverse and resource-constrained environments.
