Role: Remote Executive Assistant (Recruitment & Admin Support)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Fully RemotE
Shift: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Philippine Time)
What You’ll Do
Recruitment Support
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate communication and tracking systems
🔹 Social Media & Job Posting
Create and publish job ads (Facebook & other platforms)
Respond to applicants and guide them through the process
🔹 Administrative Support
Handle data entry and maintain records
Manage calendars, meetings, and schedules
Prepare reports and basic presentations
🔹 Communication & Outreach
Draft professional emails
Assist with cold calling and follow-ups
Manage inbox and respond to inquiries
🔹 Project Coordination
Track tasks and deadlines
Support light project management activities
✅ Requirements
Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach (calls & emails)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office & CRM tools
Ability to work night shifts independently
⭐ Bonus Skills
Background in recruitment or HR
Experience with social media/job boards
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
