Responsibilities
Align content with conversion goals and drive growth strategies
Plan and manage content calendar across platforms
Supervise content production and ensure daily posting
Identify and scale high-performing content formats

Requirements
Minimum of HND/B.Sc
3+ years experience in social media or digital growth roles
Proven track record of audience growth and conversions
Strong copywriting skills (hooks, captions, scripts, CTAs)
Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
Experience in health, maternal care, or app-based products is a plus
