Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

A minimum of a First Class or Second Class Upper (2:1) degree from a recognized institution
A minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale
Between zero to two (0–2) years of relevant corporate work experience
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership ability and a passion for personal and professional excellence
