Job Position: *Executive Assistant*
Job Location:  *Karu Abuja*
Salary: *N100,000 – N130,000 monthly.*

Description:
* The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Executive Office.
* The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy individual who can manage multiple priorities, support decision-making through quality reporting, and represent the Managing Director in meetings and engagements when required.

Key Responsibilities:
▫️Executive Support:
* Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and scheduling of meetings
* Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the MD
* Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
* Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion.

Strategic and Administrative Support:
* Support the MD in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives
* Conduct research and provide insights to support business decisions
* Assist in developing presentations, reports, and strategic documents
* Track progress on key projects and ensure timely execution.
Report Writing & Documentation:
* Prepare high-quality reports, briefs, and presentations for management use
* Analyze data and present findings in a clear and structured format
* Maintain proper documentation of executive decisions and business activities.
Meeting Representation:
* Represent the MD at meetings, events, and engagements when required
* Accurately communicate the MD’s position and feedback
* Provide detailed reports and feedback after meetings.
Communication & Coordination:
* Serve as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
* Ensure smooth communication across departments
* Follow up on delegated tasks to ensure completion.
Travel Coordination:
* Manage travel arrangements including bookings, itineraries, and logistics
* Be available to travel on short notice when required
* Support the MD during business trips and engagements.
IT & Digital Efficiency:
* Utilize digital tools to improve workflow and productivity
* Manage virtual meetings, digital documentation, and online communication platforms
* Support the MD in leveraging technology for operational efficiency.
General Administrative Duties:
* Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of the Executive Office
* Ensure efficient filing systems (both physical and digital)
* Perform any other duties as assigned by the MD.

Qualifications:
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 1 – 2 years of experience.
