Job Title: Warehouse Officer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to manage the day-to-day warehouse operations. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient storage, handling, and dispatch of lubricant products while maintaining accurate inventory records and enforcing operational controls.

Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of bulk and packed lubricant products.
2. Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and preservation of inventory in line with safety and quality standards.
3. Maintain accurate warehouse records and support real-time inventory updates in the ERP system.
4. Coordinate with the Stock Accountant to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
5. Supervise loading and offloading activities to ensure accuracy and prevent product damage or loss.
6. Verify incoming and outgoing goods against relevant documentation (GRNs, waybills, invoices).
7. Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
8. Enforce warehouse safety, health, and environmental standards at all times.
9. Support periodic stock counts and reconciliation exercises.
10. Manage warehouse space efficiently to optimize storage capacity and accessibility.
11. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
12. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies.
13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

– Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse operations
– Basic knowledge of inventory systems and ERP usage.
– Understanding of warehouse safety and handling procedures.
