Business Development Manager (BDM) for an Eye clinic in Lagos.
Salary range: 250k – 300k + performance bonus
Role Overview
We are seeking a high performance Business Development Manager to drive aggressive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand our diagnostic and clinical services.
This is a results-driven role designed for individuals who are hungry, disciplined, and capable of consistently delivering measurable financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business leads daily through calls, visits, and outreach
• Close corporate partnerships and referral deals
• Drive internal clinic sales performance across all branches
• Build and manage a structured, high-conversion sales pipeline
• Execute corporate screenings and strategic partnerships
• Increase patient conversion into premium services (e.g., diagnostics like OCT)
Performance Targets
Monthly Revenue Target: ■20,000,000
Quarterly Revenue Target: ■60,000,000
Daily Expectations
• Minimum of 15 outbound calls/outreach
• At least 3 physical business visits
• Minimum of 2 new leads generated daily
• Daily report submission before 7PM
• Active pipeline management with clear deal movement
Quarterly Bonus Structure
Bonus is awarded upon achieving the 60M naira quarterly target.
Near-target performance will be rewarded (partial bonus at management discretion).
Compensation is structured to reward results, not activity alone.
Requirements
• Proven track record in sales or business development (with measurable results)
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• High level of discipline, consistency, and accountability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets• Experience in healthcare, B2B sales, or service-based industries is an advantage.
