Job Title: Videographer
Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)
Job Summary
* We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team in a fast-growing real estate company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content that showcases our properties, brand identity, and marketing campaigns.
* The role requires strong storytelling ability, technical expertise in videography, and the ability to produce engaging visual content that attracts potential clients and investors.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for property listings, promotional campaigns, and social media platforms
* Create compelling visual stories that highlight property features and company brand
* Operate and maintain video equipment including cameras, lighting, microphones, and drones where applicable
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video concepts and content strategies
* Edit and deliver professional video content within project timelines
* Ensure consistency in visual quality and brand representation across all video materials
Requirements
* Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years experience.
* Proven experience as a Videographer or Video Content Producer
* Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
* Good understanding of lighting, camera angles, sound recording, and visual composition
* Experience creating marketing or promotional videos (real estate experience is an advantage)
* Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
